Millen Valuations can help you by offering impartial advice on your property transaction, whether buying or selling. We can provide a registered valuation to determine where its value sits in the current market and if being built on completion.

Our standard turn around time for a valuation is 3-4 working days from the instruction/inspection. Valuation reports both posted and emailed to the client/nominated parties (as a secure PDF file) on completion.

We value properties throughout Central to West Auckland, including districts as far north as Helensville and can provide flexible inspection times (e.g weekend or after hours).
